Our Team
Our team is comprised of five highly skilled individuals with over 150 years of extensive management and leadership experience in various industries including animal health, pet food and consumer packaged goods. With backgrounds in the areas of organizational acquisitions and divestitures, product development, sales, marketing, finance and operations, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality service to our clients and helping them achieve their business goals.
We have Consultants throughout the Midwest, the Northeast, the North Atlantic region, as well as Texas and the surrounding states, that are ready to initiate and explain our process.
Managing Partner, Lisa Dixon, is an Accredited Business Intermediary, a member of the American Business Brokers Association, the International Business Brokers Association and has passed the Certified Public Accountant and the Certified Internal Auditor Exams. She has over 30 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Supply Chain, Product Development and Commercialization, on both a domestic and international level, as well as corporate acquisitions and divestitures. She is a graduate of Washburn University of Topeka, KS.
Managing Partner, Doug Colbart, has nearly 30 years of experience in the companion animal industry. His experience includes account management at multiple companies, sales training, staff development and administration, as well as acquisition and divestiture of businesses. He is a graduate of Purdue University Fort Wayne.
Our remaining staff has nearly 100 years of extensive experience in Finance, Commercialization, Consulting, Account Management, as well as acquisitions and divestitures.
