Managing Partner, Lisa Dixon, is an M&A Advisor, a Certified Business Intermediary, a member of the International Business Brokers Association, and M&A Source. She has passed the Certified Public Accountant and the Certified Internal Auditor Exams. She has over 30 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Supply Chain, Product Development and Commercialization, on both a domestic and international level, as well as her years of experience wth mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. She is a graduate of Washburn University of Topeka, KS.
Brad Dixon is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, an Accredited Business Intermediary, a member of the Exit Planning Institute and a member of M&A Source. He has over 35 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations as well as experience wth mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. As an Exit Planning Advisor he works with owners and their families to assist them through the personal and business transition into the next chapter of their lives. Brad is a graduate of Washburn University of Topeka, KS.
