Our team is comprised of highly skilled individuals with over 100 years of extensive management and leadership experience in various industries including animal health, pet food and consumer packaged goods. With backgrounds in the areas of organizational acquisitions and divestitures, product development, sales, marketing, finance and operations, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality service to our clients and helping them achieve their business goals.
Managing Partner, Lisa Dixon, is an Accredited Business Intermediary, a member of the American Business Brokers Association, the International Business Brokers Association and has passed the Certified Public Accountant and the Certified Internal Auditor Exams.

The Process
- We begin with a Non-Disclosure Agreement, which allows Legacy Connect Partners (LCP) to confidentially review basic financial and operational information.
- Based upon that information, LCP will prepare a FREE preliminary Confidential Business Valuation Report.
- Sign a Consulting Services Agreement.
- LCP will meet with potential partners, obtain appropriate Confidentiality Agreements, provide them necessary information, and, as appropriate, arrange and conduct on-site visits.
- Identify partners to negotiate terms of a Letter of Intent to purchase.
- Complete the Closing process within 60 to 90 days of signing the Letter of Intent.
